Water Shutoff Notices
Woodstone needs to have dues paid in a timely manner. There are problems at Woodstone that need to be addressed and our dues are what makes this happen.
Therefore, the Board of Administration has decided that when a homeowner is two (2) months late with fees, they will be given a notice of water shut-off. This gives the homeowner a total of three months to bring dues current. If at the end of the third month dues are not paid water to the unit will be shut off. While in arrears the homeowner will be ineligible to vote in any Woodstone election.
