How To Submit Complaint/Service Requests


General Instructions

Please Note:

  • Fill out a SEPARATE Complaint/Service Request (CSR) form for each different problem.
  • DO NOT address more than one issue on a single CSR.


Homeowners may submit a Complaint/Service Request (CSR) form in either of two ways:

  • Fill out and print the CSR, either online or manually.
  • Send the completed CSR to the Property Manager by either
    • Hand delivery or by
    • U.S. Mail to the address given on the form.

OR

  • Fill out the CSR online and submit it by email.

Step-by-step instructions for each approach is given below.




Manual submission of CSR

  • Download (by right-clicking) and print (or obtain from the Property Manager) a copy of the CSR.
  • Printing legibly, fill in all items above the "Office Use Only" line.
  • Place completed CSR in envelope, affix first class postage and mail to address given on the form.



Online submission of CSR via email (using Windows Internet Explorer or Macintosh Safari):

(Note: The general procedure for online submission may differ slightly with various combinations of computer, operating system and web browser. Some browsers have native PDF capabilities built-in, while others depend upon a copy of the free Adobe Reader existing on your computer. Generally, Windows will use Internet Explorer while Macintosh has best results with the Safari browser. Third party browsers and mail clients sometimes create complications. Online CSR submission on Windows works well with Outlook Express while the Macintosh requires having Apple Mail application set as the default email client.)

  • In Internet Explorer (Windows) or Safari (Mac) open the CSR in your browser by clicking here.
  • Fill in all items above the "Office Use Only" line.
  • Click the Submit button at the bottom of the CSR form, thereby launching your email client with a ready-to-send email addressed to the Property Manager (wspm). The email contains the CSR information from the form you filled-out as an attachment.
  • Click 'Send Mail' to send the email containing attached CSR information to the Property Manager.



Troubleshooting

If the above procedure does not work, try the following

  • In your web browser download the CSR in your browser by right-clicking here (ctrl-clicking on Mac).
  • Select 'Save link as . . .' to download the form to your local desktop.
  • Open the CSR form in Acrobat Reader.
  • Fill in all items above the "Office Use Only" line.
  • Ensure that either Outlook Express (Windows) or Apple Mail (Mac) is your default email client (rather than Thunderbird, or other third party apps).
  • Click the Submit button at the bottom of the form.
  • Click 'Send Mail'.

If neither of the above approaches succeed, send an email with your name, Woodstone address, telephone number and a brief explanation of your difficulties to the Woodstone .
