About us....

Woodstone is a residential community situated in north Johnson City, Tennessee. The Woodstone Homeowners Association is the governing body, comprising owners of the residential units, who meet once per year to select a representative Board of Administration (Directors). The Board is empowered by the Woodstone Bylaws to establish policy, set fees and assessments, enforce rules by levying fines for infractions, and administer the general affairs and common interests of Woodstone Homeowners.
