Annual Homeowners Meeting
The 2010 Woodstone Homeowners Meeting will convene on Monday, March 15, 2010, 6:30 pm at the Ramada Inn on North Roan Street. All homeowners, especially those concerned with conditions and circumstances at Woodstone, are encouraged to attend. Board of Administration vacancies will be filled by election at this meeting. Homeowners are encouraged to support this process, to seek election (or nominate another Woodstone homeowner as candidate) to the Woodstone Board of Directors, but, most importantly, to attend this meeting and cast a vote. Woodstone is a cooperative community; it succeeds only to the extent that all homeowners participate in its administration. If you have suggestions or complaints to improve our community, now is the time to help take action by ensuring that the Board of Directors represents your interests!

Homeowners must contact Woodstone Management for any repair, maintenance or landscaping issues. For procedural matters or organizational issues contact the Woodstone Board of Administration or any of its members.
