Policies
Elections Procedures Manual, adopted by the Woodstone Board of Administration on April 20, 2009, to govern all Woodstone general elections, such as the election of Board members at the annual March Council of Homeowners.

As established in the original Master Deed and continuing Bylaws, policy and operations for Woodstone are set and implemented by an elected Board of Administration (also known as the Board of Directors). The Board of Administration conducts the business and affairs of Woodstone Condominiums and manages the general common elements.
The Board of Administration is empowered to
- set the amount and collect the monthly maintenance assessment for each unit,
- make the rules with respect to the use of the condominium properties,
- enforce the rules by levy of fines and termination of services including water, and
- contract for the management of the condominiums and delegate to such manager the powers of the Board of Administration.
